Should you encounter an issue or fault with your service there are a number of ways in which you can get in touch with the team.
The quickest way to report a fault is to contact our support team on our live chat via the icon at the bottom right of your screen, if for some reason your connection is offline you can alternatively send us a text message on 07480738252 .
We'll then be able to raise a support case for you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
