Understanding Your Pay
Salary
- Your salary is detailed in your employment contract and reflects your agreed pay rate.
- Any changes to your salary, such as increments or bonuses, will be communicated formally by HR.
Payslips
- Payslips are issued monthly and provide a detailed breakdown of your pay for the period.
- Your payslip includes:
- Gross pay
- Deductions (tax, National Insurance, pension contributions)
- Net pay (amount paid into your bank account)
- Any bonuses or adjustments
- Payslips are available electronically via the HR portal on payday.
Payday
- Payday is on the last working day of each month.
- Your net pay will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account.
- If payday falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the preceding working day.
How to Access Your Payslip
- Log in to the HR portal using your employee credentials.
- Navigate to the ‘Payroll’ or ‘Payslips’ section.
- Select the relevant month to view or download your payslip.
- For any issues accessing your payslip, contact the HR Help Desk.
